For your convenience, this page includes links to the forms you will need to fill out and submit in order to register your child or children for this year's upcoming camp retreat.
1) Send an email to campkesh@gmail.com to register. Please include the following information:
- Camper Name and Age
- Camper Address
- Parent Address (if different than camper)
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Congregation
2) Submit a check or money order for $100 through the mail per child that will be attending. Please wait until the next two documents are printed and completed before submitting in the mail.
3) Download, print, and fill out the Medical Form for each child you are planning to sign up. No child is permitted to stay on the grounds unless this document is filled out. Please read the document carefully to ensure the highest level of safety for your children.
4) Download, print, and fill out the Release Form. This document ensures you, the guardian, are aware of the policies set forth by the camp site. Please read thoroughly.
5) Download, print, and fill out the Parental Acknowledgement Form.
6) Download, print, and fill out the
Tel Hai Participation Agreement Form if your child is age 10 or older. This form must be filled out to participate in the Climbing Wall, Challenge Course and/or Zip Line. We are aware that some of the information is redundant however, Camp Tel Hai requires this form for their personal records.
7) Download, print, and fill out the Family Info Form.
