Igor and Vita Swiderski

Igor and Vita SwiderskiIgor and Vita were born in Jewish families in the former Soviet Union. Their families moved to Germany after experiencing antisemitic aggression. Igor and Vita both came to faith in Jesus at a young age through the witness of their Gentile friends. Since then, their passion for the Lord has increased, and the Lord has placed a special calling for Jewish ministry on their hearts.

As part of a Messianic congregation in Düsseldorf, Germany, that was planted by Igor's family, Igor and Vita were constantly involved in evangelism, teaching, preaching and developing a thriving youth ministry, and many Jewish people came to faith.

Today, Igor and Vita are on staff with Chosen People Ministries, pursuing theological studies in order to be even more effective. Vita is finishing up her Bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, and Igor, a 2007 Moody graduate, is receiving theological training at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. While studying fulltime, they are also passionately involved in Jewish evangelism and discipleship.

Igor and Vita are raising their support to be able to complete their training for full time ministry. After graduation, the Swiderskis plan to do evangelism, discipleship, and planting of Messianic congregations among the widely unreached Jewish people of Europe and Israel.
