Jeff Kramer grew up in a home that practiced Reform Judaism and stressed Jewish cultural identity. However, he sensed that something was missing and began a spiritual search during the Vietnam era. He explored Buddhism, Hinduism and New Age teaching, but was unsatisfied. His soul yearned for something deeper.

Then Jeff met another Jew - one who spoke of Yeshua (Jesus). This led to a Bible study and a visit to a Messianic congregation. However, Jeff remained skeptical. While attending a Bible conference, he experienced God's powerful presence and His unconditional love. Jeff knew he had met his Savior.

Jeff met his wife-to-be, Deborah, at a Chosen People Ministries Passover Seder. A year later, they were married and began to minister together. The Kramers are now serving with Chosen People Ministries, helping to plant a Messianic congregation in Manhattan.
