Dear Secretary of State John Kerry,
I am a concerned American and a supporter of Israel and the Jewish people. Today the Jewish people face a new onslaught of antisemitism. This “new” antisemitism is often disguised as political discourse, but far too often is simply hatred fueled by anti-Jewish sentiments. We especially deplore the substantial spike in antisemitism on American college campuses. We must also expose and oppose antisemitism in all its forms, whenever and wherever it appears.
It is imperative that our country stand with her strongest ally in the Middle East and our most democratic partner in the region. The people of Israel are counting on America and her leaders to stand with them, especially those of us who believe the Bible predicted the regathering of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel.
The American people respectively call upon you, Mr. Secretary, to do everything in your power to protect the Jewish people and to encourage world leaders to do the same.
We will pray for peace in the Middle East and for God to guide your efforts in the region.
