Tel Aviv, Israel
The Tel Aviv Messianic Center is a centrally located three-story building that is easy to get to from anywhere in the city or country. The facility has a meeting hall for congregations to hold their services, seminars and classes. It also has a fully-equipped industrial kitchen, which will be used for soup kitchen ministries, and a large storage room that will become a distribution center for the needy. Once a week the Center will also host a coffee shop outreach with live music called the Center Cafe. The third story will be utilized for children’s classrooms, adult classes, and two small offices; in 2010 the children’s rooms will be used for the first phase of a Messianic K-12 school. Please pray that this facility will become a major center for ministry in Tel Aviv!
Jerusalem Messianic Center
The Jerusalem Messianic Center is located just a 20-minute walk to both the Old City and the city center. In addition to housing the national offices of Chosen People Ministries in Israel, it is also a place of gathering for home groups, Bible studies, lectures, children’s activities and concerts. The Center has hosted Passover dinners for the elderly and practical outreaches to single moms are and their kids. One Israeli mom, who almost aborted her baby girl, now visits the Saturday night fellowship meeting on a regular basis. The Jerusalem Messianic Center is also the home base for short-term ministry trips to Israel. The Center is also made available to other Messianic ministries in the Land.
Please pray for the many non-believers who come to the Center to trust in Jesus as Messiah, and for the finances to keep this ministry facility up and running.
Buenos Aires, Argentina
The main activities at the Buenos Aires Messianic Center are carried out by the Beit Sar Shalom Messianic Congregation, where believers in Jesus the Messiah gather for worship, discipleship and evangelism. The Center also conducts at least one special program every month to discuss themes of interest to people who have a sincere love for Israel. These special programs have opened the opportunity to reach out to the neighboring Jewish community.
The Buenos Aires Messianic Center also works with prayer and support groups in other major cities in Argentina that have a large Jewish community, such as Mar del Plata, Cordoba, Rosario, Tandil, Santiago del Estero and Puerto Madryn. These groups, called “Friends of Chosen People Ministries,” gather in homes or local churches to pray for the salvation or Israel, coordinate the Director’s visit to local churches, and are involved in direct evangelism to their local Jewish communities. The Director of Chosen People Ministries’ work in Argentina visits these groups regularly and provides them with training and materials. We have established similar groups in neighboring countries such as Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay.
Please pray for:
* The annual conference in Cordoba, this year’s theme will be “Israel: Root and Truth of our Faith”
* The financial resources to fix the façade of our property which is in dire need of repair
* For God’s protection in light of rising antisemitism in Argentina

London Messianic Center
The London Messianic Center recently moved to a new location in the heart of Golders Green, an area with a large Orthodox Jewish population. The new facility will allow the Center to greatly expand its ministry. Director Daniel Nessim writes, “Already, we have seen increased attendance at our gatherings, and at our last meeting a Jewish man – his wife has been witnessing to him for years – came for the first time to fellowship with us.” Bible studies, Hebrew classes, art classes, women’s groups, and many more activities will be held at the Center in order to reach out to the surrounding Jewish community in the name of Messiah.
Please pray for many Jewish people to be drawn to the Center to learn more about Messiah. Pray also that the Lord would strengthen and empower the London staff and volunteers in their work of sharing the Gospel.
