We thank God for our growing ministries among the poor and elderly, Holocaust survivors, and for the planting of Russian and Hebrew-speaking congregations and centers in Jerusalem, the greater Tel Aviv area, and now in the Galilee. Praise God, we have seen many Israelis come to the Lord and we are discipling them personally and through our congregations.
But I get the feeling that we are just at the forefront of what God wants to do in Israel! The best is yet to come, and we know that God will be faithful to His covenants and promises to Israel!
Help Us Take The Next Step
Let me tell you what we have in the works and how you can help on this Giving Tuesday!
We plan to take on two young Israelis to serve as full-time staff in Israel. But, it will be impossible for them to raise their own support within Israel as currently, most congregations are still young, underdeveloped, and barely able to support their own leaders.
Would you join us by investing in the future of God’s work in the Holy Land? The support needed for these young staff members is approximately $75,000 per year. Remember, Israel is a very expensive country, especially for those living in urban areas like Jerusalem and Tel Aviv!
A Matching Challenge Grant
Recently, a good friend of our ministry promised us that if we raise $100,000 that they would provide an additional $50,000. I cannot help but believe that God wants us to add these two new young staff members as “…the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few….” (Luke 10:2).
These Israeli evangelists will serve at our greater Tel Aviv Messianic Center. The ministries and programs at the Center are growing and include an outreach café for younger people, a mom’s Bible study, open lectures for the community, and ministry to the poor and needy.
We really need their help NOW as Israelis are open to Jesus!
Would you help us reach Israelis in the New Year? We cannot do this without your generosity.
Thanks for your generous support on this Giving Tuesday and remember whatever you give will be multiplied!
