From the Frontlines:
Worship in the Storm

Praising God in the Midst of War
Rockets were flying, alarms blaring, and our staff tirelessly served those in need—now our new normal. Today, we purchased basic supplies for 2,500 evacuees at a distant kibbutz (small, communal settlement) in the South, facing rocket attacks. David and friends delivered the goods, avoiding rocket threats.
We also met with other ministries aiding those in need. We had heartwarming conversations with evacuees and ministry leaders, including an old friend who survived a terrorist invasion. They are musicians and led the community in worship, thanking God for His protection.
Thankful for a Women’s Bible Study
Tonight, we were supposed to start a new Fall Bible study for the ladies of the Mercaz community near Tel Aviv; however, we were unable to do so in person due to the conflict. We decided to hold a Zoom prayer meeting instead, and a dozen ladies joined! We prayed for the country, for each other, for the soldiers, and about our fears. We read Bible verses and had a very special time together.
Called to Be a Beacon of Hope
We left the Dead Sea Hotel yesterday after a great time with sixty-two people from Ashkelon, including families with kids. It was a blessing to see their happiness away from sirens and bomb shelters. Among them were believers and not-yet-believers, some of whom found faith through our ministry to new immigrants (olim in Hebrew). We had daily worship, prayers, and Bible study sessions.
On Saturday, we enjoyed a special performance for children and adults. Many were grateful to escape rocket fire, especially one family as a rocket landed near their house during the first attacks! We also met with Holocaust survivors from Sderot and Ofakim. Now, fifteen people are staying in our Messianic center in Jerusalem, and three in a nearby apartment. We are cooking and distributing 120 meals to Holocaust survivors in Ofakim and 70 hot meals to those in Ashkelon.
We aim to be a beacon of hope in the Messiah.
Serving at our Borders
We dedicated this day to families evacuated from the Gaza border. We provided food, hygiene supplies, and toys to Sapir, a settlement in southern Israel where 2,500 people—including 650 children—were resettled by the government. Their stories, especially those of the children, deeply touched our hearts. Many have relatives held by Gaza terrorists, and some have lost loved ones.
A young man from Kibbutz Nir Am, located two kilometers from Gaza, told a heroic story about a friend who defended against Hamas terrorists.
While we delivered supplies and toys, many needs remain, both material and spiritual. Would you pray for healing and well-being?
